1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our digital products (including, where applicable, browser extensions) provided by Ksenia Bakhmeteva, sole proprietor registered in Georgia ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country). If you create an account, you're responsible for its security and all activity under it.

3. Purchases, pricing & taxes (general)

Purchases and subscriptions for our products (if offered) are completed in the relevant store or in-product paywall. Final prices and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout in that store/paywall. Invoices/receipts and tax calculation/collection are handled by the respective platform or payment provider.

4. Subscriptions, trials, renewal & cancellation

If a product offers a subscription or trial, the terms are shown in the store/paywall before you confirm. Subscriptions generally auto-renew unless you cancel according to the store's or provider's instructions (e.g., via the store account, receipt link, or in-app settings).

5. Refunds

Website refunds (if applicable) follow our Refund Policy. Purchases made through third-party stores (e.g., Chrome Web Store, Apple App Store) are subject to those platforms' refund policies.

6. License & acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for personal or internal business use. You agree not to:

a) copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer or redistribute the products except as allowed by law;

b) bypass access controls, abuse APIs, interfere with operation, or use the products to violate law or third-party rights;

c) use the products in high-risk environments where failure could lead to injury or damage.

All IP rights in the products remain with us.

7. Updates & changes to products

We may provide updates and improvements or change/discontinue features. If we materially change or discontinue a product, we'll give reasonable notice where feasible.

8. Third-party platforms

Some products may be distributed via third-party stores (e.g., Chrome Web Store, Apple App Store) and may be subject to those platforms' rules. In case of conflict, the platform's rules may apply.

9. Data & privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not store full card details; payments (where applicable) are handled by the store or payment provider at checkout.

10. Support

Best-effort human support via hello@bahmeteva.com, typically within 24–48 hours on business days.

11. Disclaimers

Products are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the products or these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

13. Compliance, export & sanctions

You may not use the products if barred under applicable export-control or sanctions laws. You're responsible for compliance with local laws.

14. Termination

We may suspend/terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, platform rules, or law. Upon termination, your license ends. Sections that should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) remain in effect.

15. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Courts located in Batumi, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where required, provide notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

17. Notices & electronic communications

You agree to receive notices electronically (e.g., email, in-product messages). Keep your contact details current.

18. Miscellaneous

If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect (severability). Our failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign in connection with a reorganization or product transfer.
