This Refund Policy applies to purchases of our digital products. We do not process purchases on this website. Purchases (if any) are completed in the relevant store or in-product paywall.
2. Where you purchased
• Third-party stores (e.g., Chrome Web Store, Apple App Store). Refunds are handled under the store's policies. Please follow the refund instructions in your store account or in the receipt for your purchase.
• In-product paywall / payment provider. Refunds are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Use the "Manage billing"/"View receipt" link in your email receipt to request a refund or manage your subscription.
3. How to request a refund
1) Find your purchase receipt (usually emailed right after payment).
2) Use the billing/receipt link to open the store or provider's portal and follow their refund steps.
3) If you cannot locate your receipt or you're unsure which store/provider processed your purchase, contact us at hello@bahmeteva.com. Include the email used for purchase and any order ID.
4. Processing times
Refund approval and settlement are handled by the store or payment provider. Timelines vary by provider and payment method; once approved, funds typically appear back on the original payment method within a few business days (issuer-dependent).
5. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights (if any). For some regions (e.g., EU/UK), purchasing digital content supplied immediately may require your consent to immediate supply, which can waive the standard withdrawal right as permitted by law. The applicable store or payment provider will inform you where relevant.
6. Fair use
We may decline refund assistance in cases of abuse or fraud (e.g., repeated chargebacks, excessive use beyond a trial's intent), without prejudice to your statutory rights. Platform-level enforcement and outcomes follow the store/provider's rules.
